A single human hair has a diameter of about 50,000 to 100,000 nanometers. So 10 nanometers is 5 to 10 thousand times smaller then the size of a human hair.

1 mole of atom contains 6.022 x 10 to the 23 atoms. If that were a stack of pennys it would reach to the sun and back 500 million times.
A mole of atoms is the amount of atoms it takes to have the atomic mass of that atom in grams.
